By connecting with this part of ourselves, we are able to step more fully into living life as our Highest Self. We gain clarity on what's currently holding us back from living in our fullest expression.

In this 90 minute experience, you will be led on a journey within through sound, breath, and meditation to connect more deeply with your Higher Self.

You will be able to envision this higher you, have an open dialogue with them, and learn embodiment techniques for stepping into this version of you. Be prepared to close the gap between where you are now and where you desire to be.
