This is a completely FREE gathering meant to connect with the community, move our bodies (if we feel like it), and share a light moment together!

We’ll meet, maybe train a bit, maybe just breathe together and watch the sun go down.

Basically, no pressure, no expectations – just presence, connection and good intentions. We’ll flow as we go 🫶🏽

Bring water, comfy clothes, a mat and an open heart.

Afterward, we might organize a little picnic or just sit down and chat, so bring some snacks if you’d like🙋🏽‍♀️
