Build your Gen AI services from A to Z using ChatFAQ framework

Introduction (10 minutes): We'll start by briefly presenting the history behind ChatFAQ, the open-source framework financed by red.es and the #NextGen program to build GenAI services. We will also address the current market issues and our fresh feedback from VivaTech.

ChatFAQ Framework Architecture (5 minutes): We will present the two existing architectures to build GenIA services: the LLM fine-tuning approach and the RAG approach.

Demo (30min) :
Build Phase: We will showcase how to build a service from A to Z using ChatFAQ, covering:

• The Knowledge base creation and indexing
• The retriever model selection
• The prompt engineering
• The LLM selection
• The RAG creation
• The Widget customization

We will then test our application through our created widget.

Maintenance Phase: We will analyze our conversations and see how an admin user can leverage ChatFAQ to improve its services

• Quantitative Dashboard usage
• Knowledge base maintenance
• Conversation analysis
• Interactions clustering

Roadmap (5min): We will finish our presentation by presenting you our product roadmap and improvements we are working on.

Q&A Session (20 minutes): We'll wrap up the event with an engaging Q&A session, where you'll have the opportunity to ask your questions about ChatFAQ, its implementation, and the challenges around enterprise use.

Networking & Drinks (1 hour): Engage with the meetup audience over a few drinks and food.
