Join TechFems at Semrush for a conversation exploring both sides of recruitment in the age of AI, from making smarter, fairer hiring decisions to navigating the job market as a candidate.

We'll hear two complementary perspectives:
👩‍💼 Angelina Gentili, HR Director at Semrush, will explore how organizations can evaluate AI tools, improve hiring practices, and build fair, inclusive processes without losing the trust and human connection that matter most.
👩‍💻 Johana Mora, Data Analyst at Conversia Consulting Group, will share the candidate's perspective, drawing on her recent experience navigating the job market after a career transition into data science.
