The session is led by a spanish tennis coach with a degree in Sports Science (INEF Madrid) and professional experience at the Rafa Nadal Academy (Manacor) ,Timber Lake Camp (New York), InterPadel (Warsaw), Ciudad de la Raqueta (Madrid)…

What to expect:

🎾 2 hours of fun and dynamic point-based games like:
• Winner
• 21
• Jingles
• King of the Court
• “Pozo” (rotation-based rally games)

👨‍🏫 The coach will give live feedback during the games to help you improve your technique while having fun.

🎯 Level required:
Intermediate (2.5 – 4.5). You should be able to maintain a moderate rally.

📍 Location: Outdoor courts in Casa de Campo
💧 Bring at least 2L of cold water, a tennis racquet, sunscreen, and a cap – it can get hot!

After the session, we’ll head to one of the nearby terraces for get a coffee or a drink and socializing — the perfect way to wrap up your Sunday.

¡Ven a jugar al tenis, mejorar tu nivel y conocer gente en uno de los entornos más bonitos de Madrid: Casa de Campo!
La sesión está dirigida por un profesor licenciado en Ciencias de la Actividad Física y del Deporte (INEF Madrid) con experiencia profesional en la Rafa Nadal Academy (Manacor) y Timber Lake Camp (Nueva York).

🗣️ Las explicaciones se harán en español e inglés.

¿Qué haremos?

🎾 2 horas de juegos dinámicos y divertidos con puntos, como:
• Winner
• 21
• Jingles
• Rey de la pista
• Pozo (juegos rotativos con peloteo)

👨‍🏫 El entrenador te irá corrigiendo y guiando durante la sesión para que mejores mientras te diviertes.

🎯 Nivel requerido:
Intermedio (2.5 – 4.5). Debes poder mantener un peloteo moderado.
