Level: Intermediate/advanced, not full gas (nor social ride) but constant pace, so shouldn't be a problem staying all together. My plan is around 7 hours to complete. Riding the first half of the route should be easy. The difficult of this ride is maintaining the "not full gas" speed after 6 hours without stopping. In any case, be prepared to finish by your own in case pace is too high or too low.
Stops:

• No stops for food, so bring enough food for the whole ride.
• Quick stop for water refill in Llagostera.
• Couple of minutes stop to regroup at the top of Sant Grau (Montagut).

Where: leaving from Hotel Arts at 8:00 AM.
