We will meet at Wine & Food (see below location), and do an informal wine tasting 😀

I will lead and initiate the discussion as I have previous experience - mostly from wine fairs and learning from wine producers, I am not a certified sommelier

We will focus on specific grapes and we will be learning wine tasting techniques and the characteristics of the wines we drink, all of this in the format of an open table discussion and sharing - it is foremost an informal social event! 😀

Dirigiré e iniciaré el debate ya que tengo experiencia previa - sobre todo de ferias de vino y aprendiendo de productores de vino, no soy sumiller certificado

Nos centraremos en uvas específicas e iremos aprendiendo técnicas de cata y las características de los vinos que bebamos, todo ello en formato de mesa abierta de debate y puesta en común - ¡es ante todo un evento social informal! 😀 .
