Celtic Mythology

Celtic myths are about bravery, resilience and honour. They demonstrate the importance of collective well-being over personal gain, and they highlight the transformatve power of magic. We will be looking at stories from the Irish Lebor Gabála Érenn (Book of Invasions) and reflecting on the adventures of the Tuada Dé Danann (Tribe of the Goddess Dana), and the heroics of Cu Chulain, Finn mac Cumhaill and the High King Cormac mac Art.

This session will be led by Denis.
