This evening is for anyone craving a shift.
A creative reset.
A chance to shake something off and make space for what’s next.

Join us for a soulful evening of connection, movement, and creative expression designed to help you refuel your inspiration and reconnect with yourself (and some pretty inspiring people, too!).

We’ll begin at The EMPWR with iced tea or coffee and an easy welcome circle to get to know each other. From there, we’ll settle into a short guided meditation to set the tone and intention for the evening ahead.

We’ll enjoy a light snack break (because inspiration flows better on a happy stomach ;)

Then we’ll head out for a mindful photo walk through town, learning simple ways to use photography as a tool for presence and self-expression.

As we arrive at the beach, @MySoundJourneys will welcome us with live layered music, creating the backdrop for a reflective journaling session focused on release and creative renewal.

From stillness, we’ll move into flow—barefoot, playful movement in the sand to help shift emotional energy through the body. And finally, we’ll close with a golden-hour picnic, a dip in the sea (if you feel like it), and relaxed conversation as the sun sets.

Expect a beautiful blend of reflection, creativity, and connection—with space to be yourself, share stories, and feel something shift.
