Welcome Ascenders and people interested in learning more about the Art of Ascension as taught by the Ishayas!
We are an online and in-person group hosting in-person First Sphere Workshops to learn the practice of Ascension and online events including Introductory Talks, book clubs and Ascender meetings.
First Sphere Workshop: Please note the practice of Ascension is taught only in-person, over a 2 ½ day workshop called The First Sphere where you learn the first 4 Ascension Attitudes that made up the First Sphere of Ascension techniques. We also offer online events for free, for those who have already learned Ascension and for anyone who is interested to learn more about this practice.
If you would like, you may receive a free 15-minute Consultation for questions and assistance with resources … we can either connect you with a workshop to travel to learn to Ascend or we can work with you and create a workshop in your area. Call Chandika 206-735-1126 and we can go from there! 😊
The Art of Ascension offers techniques based in Praise, Gratitude, Love and Compassion. They effortlessly dissolve stress from the nervous system. We do not have to live lives defined by past stress or future worries. We can live life and “Ascend” or rise above old thoughts, behavior patterns and internal programs.
