Men who are interested in the topics of personal development, psychology, consciousness, healthy lifestyle, spirituality..
Bernadett (myself) who is guiding and supporting men as a life coach, circle facilitator and retreat organiser since 8 years. Building bridges between men with the help of "mother energy", unconditional love and a deep understanding of the male life journey.

WHEN:
14th December 7-9pm.
Please come on time to respect the process of the circle. We will be "closing doors" at 7:15.

WHERE:
We will meet next to the Park de la Ciutadella in a cafe, bar or library.

Agenda:
1. Circle opening: Co-creation of agreements for the group.
2. Self-reflection and questions for getting to know each other.
3. Free space to talk about a topic brought by participants, to share experiences or to ask for advice.
4. Circle closing: sharing insights, gratefulness, closing remarks.
(5. Optional: Networking, free (without facilitation) conversations, dinner together..)

FEES:
