Welcome! ✨ Join us for a transformative one-hour breathwork session where you'll be gently guided into a profound connection with your body and the present moment.
Through intentional breathing techniques, you’ll embark on a journey to:
🌿 Release accumulated tension & life stressors
💛 Process difficult or stuck emotions
🧘 Unlock deep relaxation & appreciation for life
Many describe the experience as energizing, grounding, or even cathartic—every session is unique to your personal journey.

### 🔄 Session Breakdown

🔥 ACTIVATION – We begin with a central breathing exercise (which varies each time). Depending on the session, we may explore:

• Energizing techniques (e.g., hyperventilation-based methods)
• Vagus nerve activation for deep nervous system regulation
• Pelvic floor focused breathing
• Gentle, peaceful breathing for relaxation & clarity

Some experience this phase as psychedelic, others as grounding or cathartic or relaxing. It depends on the participant and on the type of breathwork we practice.

🌿 GROUNDING – After activation, we ease into a gentle meditation drawing from techniques like Yoga Nidra & Vipassana body scans.

💨 RELEASE – The facilitator will guide you through affirmations or a meditation, helping you let go of stress, anxiety, and emotional baggage, leaving you feeling peaceful & restored.

💬 INTEGRATION – We close in a sharing circle, where you can reflect, connect, and integrate your experience with the group.
By the end, you’ll feel a deep sense of vitality & tranquility to carry into your daily life, relationships, and personal growth. 🌟

🔹How will you feel during a session? It's hard to say! While I may be facilitating the session, ultimately YOU are in driver's seat of how the experience feels (depending on your emotional state, predisposition to breathwork, capacity to surrender, physiological state that day, etc)

📍 Location – Cozy studio in Málaga Huelin area
🛏️ Comfort – We provide blankets, yoga mats, eye masks & cushions (but feel free to bring your own if you prefer!)
💰 Price – 10€ per session (Cash only!)
🕒 Arrival Time – Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in.
