This is jam, which means it's a space to learn and practice the artform.

### 🔄 Jam Format

Our Contact Jam is an open movement space with minimal structure—designed for free exploration, creative play, and spontaneous movement flow.

We begin with a gentle warm-up to tune into the body and the space, followed by an open jam where you are free to explore movement solo, with partners, or in groups. Whether you’re rolling, lifting, spiraling, or simply observing, you decide how to engage.

Some guiding principles:
✨ Listen to your body—move as much or as little as you like
✨ Follow momentum, gravity & shared weight
✨ Stay aware & responsive to others in the space
✨ Respect boundaries—contact is always an invitation, not an expectation
✨ No set roles—no leader, no follower, just movement unfolding in the moment

We close with a short integration—a moment to breathe, settle, and land softly after the movement journey.
Every jam is unique—come as you are and move as you feel!

### 📍 Practical Details

📍 Location – Cozy studio in Málaga Huelin area
🛏️ Comfort – The space has mats and an open floor for movement. Bring comfortable clothes that allow free movement.
🕒 Time – Sundays | 19:00 - 21:00
💰 Sliding Scale: 6€ - 10€ (Cash only / en efectivo)
🔹 6€ – Minimum: If you’re in a delicate financial situation.
🔹 8€ – Fair: Standard contribution. (Suggested amount.)
🔹 10€ – Generous: If you’re able & want to support the activity more.

### 🚨 Important Considerations

⚠️ Not recommended if you:
❌ Have a serious injuries affecting movement (although you can explore at your own pace)
❌ Feel uncomfortable with physical contact & shared weight (we explore through physical touch but participation is always at your comfort level)
