Cada setmana fem una sessió diferent aprofitant el moment lunar en el qual ens trobem, per exemple lluna plena: agraïment, lluna minvant: deixar anar... El pes central de la sessió està en la pràctica de ioga, però també fem una meditació profunda d'uns 10 min mínim i una conclusió de la sessió expressada a través de l'escriptura terapèutica o de l'expressió artística. Once we get there, we'll ask for coffee/tea and get ready to embark on our creative journey! The art-making process will serve as a bridge for social and creative communication, and the theme will be centered around traveling and the things that make us vibrate. We'll start by using imagery, storytelling, and moving freely between drawing and writing to collage. We'll also work collaboratively, with each collaborator adding to a composition in sequence, allowing creativity to flow as we play. The main objective is self-expression, awakening creativity, having fun, and sharing a nice time together while colors and words come together to empower the artistic experience. I will guide you in the right direction to create something that you may have never thought of on your own, and you can take your own pace with art and bring it back home. The aim of this art workshop is to enhance your own creativity and self-expression. Como cada año, nos encontramos para visitar la nueva edición de *“Llum BCN - Festival d' Arts Lumíniques”*, evento en el que el protagonista es la transformación del espacio urbano a través de la luz. “Llum BCN” convierte las calles del Poblenou en un gran laboratorio de experimentación al aire libre, a través de la luz como medio creativo y del trabajo de artistas, diseñadores y arquitectos internacionales que están explorando las posibilidades que ofrecen en el espacio urbano nuevas técnicas como la iluminación dinámica, la proyección a gran escala y los entornos interactivos. 🌟 Encuentro para personas autistas adultas (diagnóstico tardío 30+) y parejas Barcelona – Biblioteca Pública Fort Pienc ¿Has pasado años sintiendo que no entendias las normas sociales? ¿Que entiendes las reglas… pero te gustaría que vinieran con subtítulos? ¿Te diagnosticaron ya siendo adulto/a y de repente muchas cosas encajaron… pero siguen quedando mil dudas? Este encuentro está creado precisamente para personas que se reconocen en estas experiencias. El objetivo es ofrecer un espacio donde quienes son autistas (30+), con o sin pareja, puedan tener compañía sincera, humor compartido, comprensión real y un respiro social, sin máscaras ni presiones. y quien sabe ... **Al igual encontraras un nuevo amigo ;)** *** ### 💬 ¿De qué hablaremos? Después del diagnóstico (o del autodiagnóstico consciente), muchas personas autistas nos hacemos la misma pregunta: > ***Si ya sé que no soy “raro/a”, sino autista…*** > ***¿por dónde empiezo a dejar de enmascarar?*** No siempre es una decisión grande. A veces empieza por **dejar de cumplir ciertas reglas sociales** que nunca nos funcionaron, que nos agotaban o que solo seguíamos por inercia. Esta semana hablaremos de eso: las normas sociales que **conscientemente** hemos dejado de seguir —o que estamos empezando a cuestionar— desde que entendemos mejor cómo funcionamos. No es un espacio para criticar a nadie ni para “rebelarnos”. Es una conversación tranquila sobre elecciones personales, límites y alivio. *** ## 💬 Algunos subtemas que pueden aparecer * Reglas sociales que seguimos durante años sin saber por qué. * Normas que dejamos de cumplir y nos dieron paz. * Cosas que ya no explicamos ni justificamos. * Expectativas sociales que decidimos adaptar a nuestro ritmo. * Qué reglas seguimos manteniendo… y por qué. * Qué cuesta más soltar, aunque sepamos que nos agota. * Diferencia entre “educación” y “autoexigencia”. No hay respuestas correctas. Cada experiencia es distinta. No hay obligación de compartir nada personal. Escuchar también es participar. **🌿 ¿Cómo funciona la dinámica?** Se empezara por la conversacion y sacarameos mas preguntas sobre los temas 1 hasta que acabe la hora, y se conversará con calma a turnos. Quien desee hablar, habla; quien prefiera escuchar, escucha. Se permiten silencios, pausas largas, observación tranquila. **No se corrige, no se juzga, no se presiona.** El propósito es ofrecer un entorno amable y seguro para que las personas autistas puedan estar a su ritmo. **Y las parejas o amigos cercanos también son bienvenidos** ❤️ **🕒 Horario** **11:00–11:15** – Llegada tranquila y presentación. **11:15–12:15** – Conversación guiada por turnos, a ritmo suave. **12:15–12:30** – Cierre tranquilo y tiempo libre para quedarse o marcharse cuando se necesite. 🤍 **Un espacio pensado para descansar** **No es terapia. No es un taller formal.** Es un encuentro entre personas que comparten una manera particular de percibir el mundo. Si te reconoces en esto, eres bienvenida/o.
