Come and play boardgames with others in English! This event is hosted by the [Játszóház projekt](https://www.facebook.com/jatszohazprojekt). This group organizes game nights, they provide the games and explain the rules if you need it. In this session, we dive into Pranayama, (an ancient practice to discover the flow of energy within) and the power of conscious breathing, which is one of the most important aspects of the original yogic lifestyle. On these Tuesday evenings, we do more than just a breathwork session: this is an opportunity to explore a true harmony between our breath & the mind - body connection. We begin with a 15-minute chest-opening yoga sequence to gently expand our lungs and prepare for deeper breathing (no need for gym clothes though, just an open mind).
