El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda(a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. Si algú trenca l'equip d'una altra persona, el propietari pot reclamar una compensació econòmica pels materials. 7. Els **menors de 14 anys** hauran d'anar acompanyats d'un adult responsable. Els menors de 16 anys hauran de portar un document emès per un tutor responsable, eximint de responsabilitat als Organitzadors (o confirmar meetup conforme l'acceptació d'aquestes normes). 8. **L'Organització no es farà responsable** de cap mena de lesió, mal o ferida que pugui succeir durant els entrenaments. 9. Diverteix-te i gaudeix, és un gran esport. 10. **L'organització es reserva el dret a vetar** la participació als qui consideri, sense haver de donar explicacions. No era el típico escultor de academia desde joven. De hecho, heredó el oficio de su padre: **era afinador de pianos**. Esta sensibilidad por la armonía y el sonido la trasladó más tarde a las formas. A los 50 años (en 1980), dio un giro radical a su vida: cerró su negocio y entró a estudiar Bellas Artes. **BCRG first Sunday of the month social ride** **What to Expect:** This is a monthly riding event that the organizers of BRCG created to socialize between the different groups and levels of the participants of this meetup. Every organizer shares the details of his ride below and you can attend signing up for the event and answering the name of the organizer you will go with. After the rides, around **1:30PM**, all groups will meet for drinks and food in Badalona port. **Is This Ride for Me?** Before to sign up for a ride check the details of the route, elevation, km and speed level expected. While this ride is open to everyone, we ask that you are comfortable riding in groups, have a **road bike**, and **have done rides of similar distance and elevation** before. We'll spend the majority of our time on topic 1, acceptance. We'll go far beyond "yes and" to accept ourselves and our partners. We'll look at impulse, emotions & identiy. Time permitting, we will spend 60-90 minutes on improv in blackout. If the group prefer to keep to topic 1, or do more on improv in the dark, we'll shift - let's be flexible & have a great time! **Part 1 – I am not afraid to exist: Radical Acceptance** This workshop dives deep into the "radical act of acceptance," moving beyond basic mechanics to help performers embrace their own impulses and their partners' identities. Through exercises in presence and trust, you’ll discover how honoring boundaries and practicing self-acceptance creates a foundation for fearless, authentic, and sustainable play. **Part 2 – Improv in Blackout** In this hands-on workshop, participants perform in total darkness to build scenes and characters using only vocal expression, foley, and live music. By stripping away visual cues, you’ll sharpen your listening skills and learn to construct rich, immersive narratives inspired by the world of audio drama and podcasts. **Agenda** (Each workshop is 5.5 hours: 12:00-18:00 with a 30-min lunch break): **Saturday:** * 11:45 arrivals * 12:00-14:00 morning session * 14:30-15:00 lunch break\* * 15:00-18:00 afternoon session \*You can bring your own lunch, order in, or grab something nearby. There is a refrigerator on site.
