La pratica è pensata per tutti i livelli, dai/dalle più curios\* alla prima esperienza a chi pratica già da tempo: l'importante è avere voglia di stare bene, muoversi e lasciarsi andare all'aria aperta. Dopo la sessione, per chi ha voglia di prolungare il momento, ci fermiamo per un picnic rilassato sull'erba — ognun\* porta qualcosa da condividere! Lavoreremo insieme su respirazione, mobilità e ascolto del corpo, con una sequenza che ti lascerà ricaricат\* e con il sorriso. Non serve essere flessibili o espert\*, serve solo la voglia di provarci. Porta con te un tappetino o un telo, una borraccia d'acqua, un asciugamano e vestiti comodi per muoverti liberamente. Il picnic dopo è il modo perfetto per conoscerci meglio e chiudere la mattinata in compagnia.
