In diesem Vortrag wird Domain-Driven Architecture vorgestellt, ein neues, leichtgewichtiges Vorgehensmodell. Es ist von Domain-Driven Design inspiriert und dessen Prinzipien werden gezielt auf architektonische Entscheidungsprozesse übertragen. Dabei steht nicht nur die Modellierung im Vordergrund, sondern die bewusste Gestaltung einer langlebigen Architektur mit kurzlebigen Implementierungen, die sich anhand konkreter Schwellenwerte weiterentwickeln. Anhand realer Projektbeispiele lernen wir, wie das in der Praxis funktioniert. Spoiler: non è così. In questo talk parleremo di come progettare interfacce accessibili senza rinunciare alla qualità visiva, mostrando perché accessibilità ed estetica non solo possono convivere, ma possono rafforzarsi a vicenda. Partendo da esempi concreti e scelte progettuali reali, vedremo cosa succede quando l’accessibilità viene integrata fin dalle prime fasi del progetto: meno compromessi, decisioni più consapevoli, soluzioni più solide e più facili da spiegare anche in azienda (sì, anche a quel collega scettico). For her, Ripley is not just a character but a kind of externalized ego: Highsmith later signed her mail as “Tom (Pat)” and even appended his name to her own. Ripley is a man without qualities, yet with a perfect ear for the intonations of others. He can be anyone, because being himself is unbearable. To make our discussion even more interesting, I suggest reading the novel alongside its 1999 film adaptation by Anthony Minghella, starring Matt Damon, Jude Law, and Gwyneth Paltrow. It is not the only cinematic version of Highsmith’s work, but it remains the most celebrated—and perhaps the most seductive. Our March speakers are Molly Gaines and Zack Parrish, co-organizers of the Secular Education Association: They will share their story of how a small group of Ohio parents grew into a national organization tracking released-time religious instruction and other church–state issues in public schools. The presentation will cover SEA’s early wins and hard lessons, what we’re seeing nationally right now, and how local advocates can play a meaningful role in protecting public education.
