This Recipe Sharing Club pre-holiday event is about baking traditional Christmas gingerbread cookies from scratch. Using an old family recipe and lots of hygge. We'll be grinding spices, caramelizing sugar, kneading, rolling, cutting into festive shapes, and decorating the cookies together. Everyone is welcome to bring along any shape of cookie cutters they may have. Also, it would be nice if someone has a mortar and pestle to grind the spices, but worst case scenario, we can use a coffee mill. We can do it all while drinking gløgg or tea and snacking on some Danish Christmas stuff like æbleskiver, so please use the comment section in here so that we can see if anyone is interested in bringing anything to the event!
