St Brigid’s Day is about new beginnings, creativity, and women’s power — so we’re starting our feminist book meetup right here. This is the very first meetup in our group , a women-led space celebrating books written by women, feminist voices, and stories that shaped us (or quietly unsettled us). Instead of homework or pressure to “have read the right thing,” we’ll begin with a book roulette: bring a book by a woman that mattered to you (or intrigued you) briefly share why you chose it swap, recommend, or simply listen No literary expertise required. Welcome to NeuroGamers Ireland, an event for those of us of all neurodiversity and their friends and allies who want to meet, hang out and play board and card games. We'll be meeting at Third Space at Smithfield, which is only a 5-minute walk from the LUAS Red line station of the same name. Join us to **practise and improve your target language with native speakers on Thursday downstairs in River Bar** (Burgh Quay, Dublin 2) from **6.30pm to 8.30pm**. **Our system:** **• You sit opposite a native speaker of the language you're learning** **• You speak 5mins English, 5mins other language, then change table** This ensures everyone gets an equal opportunity to practise the language they're learning. This event has a different topic each time and includes a variety of interactive exercises. It's an engaging and creative way to express ourselves, and connect with how others think, feel and deal with life. We will aim to provide a supportive and sate environment and open up about our lives freely. A lot of times we don't talk about what we are really going through because we are worried of what people might think of us. This causes us to bottle things up, feel disconnected with the people around us or feel ashamed of ourselves.
