Come join me for a delightful Sunday Yoga class. We meet every Sunday for an indoor yoga class .The class will includes yoga, meditation, and breathwork providing a complete mind-body wellness experience. We end with a cup of tea and some conversations. The gathering takes place every Sunday in Dublin 18, Clayfarm. I will message you exact location after your register. If free after we can head to CduJ to warm up with a ☕️☕️ and chat. * Cold water swimming - Water is Cold at this time - DO NOT STAY IN TOO LONG * Bring a hot drink and warm clothes to change into as the cold water effect will hit you AFTER you get out * We as a group are not life guards. Join us for a lovely cycle around the Malahide Estuary coastal route to Donabate Beach, with a coffee stop at the **Shoreline Hotel**. We’ll use the Malahide–Donabate coastal road, **which is only accessible at low tide** The route is 70km with minimal climbing, perfect for a relaxed and enjoyable group ride. New members welcome. Here is our plan for the day. 1️⃣ We leave from Clontarf at 915am 2️⃣Cycle out to Donabate on low tide road, we stop for coffee at Shoreline hotel. 3️⃣ ride back by inland route through Swords and around the airport. 4️⃣ All going well we should be back in the city centre easily by 2 pm Please wear a helmet and bring a tube etc in case you get a puncture. Please note - It is every participant's responsibility to ride safely, follow the rules of the road, and come prepared with the proper equipment.
