We typically start with mindful movement and a guided meditation, followed by some group discussion and a talk about meditation and how it can help us life more kind, peaceful and happy lives. Scattered throughout is sharing and discussion. We have a hybrid meeting, both in person and on Zoom. #### Join us in person.
