About us: The Tibetan Dharma and Meditation Group is part of a Buddhist organisation based in Taiwan, which is centred on one of the greatest living Rinpoches (teachers) in the world at the moment. It aims to introduce people living in Ireland to Buddhist teachings and practices that have been passed to Rinpoche through his masters and their masters going back many, many generations in order to benefit and bring peace to all sentient beings. This group is for people who don't feel their German is strong enough for the Deutsch Sprechen Stammtisch. Anyone from complete beginner to native German speaker is welcome. All you need is a willingness to learn and speak German (or as much German as you can) and a willingness to help and be patient with other people who have less German than you have. The aim of this group is to build the confidence as well as ability to speak German in real life situations with others. This will be our 2nd ever art gallery crawl! Together the group will check out several of Chelsea’s galleries. On most Thursdays, many art galleries in the city open up to the public from 6 - 8pm so everyone can check out the latest exhibits. Usually small bites and free drinks are included.
