A „gyorsítósáv” ebben az értelemben nem megkerülést jelent, hanem azt, hogy rövidebb úton juthatunk el egy valóban használható, élő sztenderdig, amely támogatja a betanítást, a vezetői ellenőrzést és a legjobb gyakorlatok tudatos megőrzését. Ezen a Budapest Lean Coffee alkalmon azt járjuk körül, ki készíti a sztenderdet, milyen formátumban érdemes fenntartani, és mire használjuk a mindennapi működésben. Kiindulópontként szolgál egy digitális, TWI JI-alapú megközelítés, de a fókusz nem az eszközön, hanem a gondolkodásmódon és a gyakorlati használaton van.
