Hello 👋, Tu as envie de débuter le running ou t'y remettre mais tu n'as pas envie de le faire seul(e) ? 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ J'ai LA solution 👉 viens courir avec nous lors des sorties hebdomadaires du groupe Adidas Runners Paris Centre tous les mardis soirs. Il y en a pour tous les niveaux (du débutant - vraiment - à la cool jusqu'aux confirmés avec des allures de TGV 😉), c'est gratuit et l'ambiance y est très conviviale, y compris à l'after run. Rdv à 20h tous les mardis soirs au Central Park Paris au 5 rue du Jour, Paris 1er. Tu pourras te changer sur place (pas de vestiaire mais un étage entier nous est réservé) et y laisser un sac (même s'il n'y a jamais eu de souci, je conseille de ne rien laisser de valeur sur place car il n'y a pas de casier). Nous ferons le parcours de 14 km de Melun à Blandy : Au départ de Melun, chef-lieu de la Seine-et-Marne, cette **randonnée de 14 km** nous conduit au château de Blandy en passant par le château de Vaux-le-Vicomte et Maincy, premier village d'Île-de-France à recevoir le label « Petite cité de caractère ». Join us for a two mile trail hike alongside the Brookside Trail at Blendon Woods Metro Park. This trail is largely gravel and does include some hills and stairs. Hopefully we will see some wildlife while hike this scenic trail! Join us!
