FLINTA* Track Session
We are starting a series of track sessions with Ruth and Victoria as a part of training for the upcoming Oberelbe race in Dresden.
Starting from March, 4, we’ll gather at the Track of Volkspark Rehberge at 18:30 for a group training.

Wedding 5/10k Run
Let's run! Our run takes about 1 hour depending on the route and group. Feel free to meet us along the way, just drop something in the comments and we'll wait for you. Our pace is typically 5:30 to 6:00 min/km. We use a variation of this [Route](https://www.komoot.com/tour/2732798543?ref=aso&share_token=aXVmX5lCo50qTJ7FreHN8b1RnApJMafPX4xUG5rXW49cso0BL8maybe) that allows for people to drop out at 5k when we pass the starting point again. Even if nobody signs up here there will usually be regulars at the start, just drop by! Please try to arrive on time! Message me if you want to join the Whatsapp group for coordinating.
We do NOT have a place to store your bag(s)/clothes.

Our sessions take place every Wednesday at 11:00 AM in Nordbahnhof Park. Each gathering includes a gentle yoga flow along with lymphatic drainage exercises designed to support circulation, improve posture, and promote overall health.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or completely new to yoga, you are warmly welcome. The sessions are relaxed, inclusive, and suitable for all levels.
Join us to move, stretch, strengthen, and unwind in the open air.
It’s also a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and enjoy Berlin’s vibrant outdoor spaces together.

Fuelled by our pre-workout Espresso we go on a scenic run to Treptower Park. Whether you're training for a marathon or just decided to give running a shot: with us, you are welcome. We offer 5k or 10k routes, both with plenty of talk and good vibes all the way.

We meet at Northwest corner of Siegessäule ( previous Cafe Viktoria. )We will run around the Tiergarten for 7kms.
After the first round with the "Tiergarten Running Group", and if you still like us 😉 and feel like it, you can join in for a second loop of 6km. The second loop is optional.
Running paces around 5:50 or 6:20 depends on the participants.
We will start to run exact 9:00 am. Don't be late. If you are late, please follow the route in the picture.

Easy 5k with RCB
Sunday mornings are for easy 5k's! Join us on our regular Sunday runs. This run is for EVERYBODY.
We created RCB with the intention of connecting runners/people with each other. We know how hard it is to meet new friends in a city full of people. With RCB we want to make that easier. Every Sunday we will meet for a easy 5 kilometers (pace vary's according to people present), with a nice coffee and some socialising afterwards. We believe that running can be much more than performance or pace.
Meet-up is at Maxway Coffee, Katharina-Paulus-Straße 2 at 11am. Hopefully see you there :)

**Founders Running Club** (FRC) brings founders, investors, tech, creative people and startup enthusiasts together for weekly easy runs and networking.
Every Saturday morning we gather together and run through Tiergarten.
Join us in one of these 3 routes:
\* **5K** – for new & beginner runners
\* **7K** – for regular runners
\* **11K** – for more experienced runners
We run at a chill conversational pace of around **6:30**.
On the 7k and 11k some people like to push a bit more, but no one gets left behind.
We finish with a nice coffee and amazing conversations. The vibe is always great.
There's always a good mix of regulars and new people.
Pets, friends, family, are welcome.

Hier geht es nicht um sportliche Bestleistungen, sondern darum, gemeinsam draußen unterwegs zu sein und neue Kontakte zu knüpfen. Eine gewisse Grundfitness und Sicherheit im Umgang mit deinem Fahrrad solltest du mitbringen – aber egal welches Bike du fährst: Du bist willkommen. 😉 Wir fahren entspannt und warten aufeinander. This is not about athletic performance or racing, but about being active outside together and connecting with new people. You should feel comfortable on your bike and bring a basic level of fitness – but no matter what type of bike you ride, you’re very welcome. 😉
We’ll ride at a steady but relaxed pace and wait for each other. Additionally, having a respectful and relaxed atmosphere within the group is important to me. ☺️

We'll stop at a beer graden (Jagdhaus Spandau) to get to know each other better over a drink and/or a snack.

Hike Pickerington Ponds
We'll hike 3.4 miles on the Killdeer and Yellowlegs Trails - both out and back gravel trails. If we want more mileage we can repeat an out and back. Pace of around 3.5 mph, no one left behind and those who want to go faster sure can!
As always optional lunch after.

Slate Run Metro Park and Living Historical Farm
**Hike Slate Run Metro Park and visit the Living Historical Farm. We will aim for 3.5 to 4 miles of hiking and then do a quick pass through the Living Historical Farm. From there those who are interested can join for lunch at Brewdog, 96 Gender Way, Canal Winchester, just 11 minutes away.**
**If you’d like to spend more time at the Farm plan on arriving early (they open at 9).**
**Living Historical Farm: Time has been turned back to the 1880s at Slate Run Living Historical Farm. Experience first-hand what life was like on a 19th-century Ohio farm. As you stroll through the gardens, barns and farmhouse, you will see the farm’s costumed staff and volunteers going about their daily chores. Pigs, geese, turkeys, Percheron horses and other heirloom animals can be seen.**
**The gothic revival farmhouse was built in 1856 and restored by Metro Parks for authenticity. Visitors can tour the living room, parlor and kitchen and watch the farm ladies prepare meals on a woodburning stove and tend the house. The multi-bay barn was built by Samuel Oman, the fourth owner of Slate Run Farm, and restored by Amish carpenters.**
**Allow at least three hours and maybe more if you're joining for lunch.**
**Pace is 17-18 minute miles with no one left behind. Faster walkers are free to lead - I'll have the route well defined - and we can meet up at the farm.**
**This is the fourth of the metro parks.**
Hoover Dam Hike
Join us for one of our favorite hikes this Tuesday (4/21/26) at 6:30 pm as we hike the Hoover Dam Scenic Trail, starting at the west end of the dam. This hike includes some paved paths/roads along with some dirt trails, with a few beautiful views of the reservoir. Join us for this 2 mile hike, finding us in the parking lot at the corner of Sunbury and Smoke Burr.
