Hola! Soy Bruna, profe de Yoga aquí en Barcelona con formación en Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga y Yoga Pre y Post Natal. Actualmente estoy cursando una formación en Acupuntura y Medicina Tradicional China en la escuela Li Ping. Estoy fascinada por el potencial curativo que reside en el cuerpo, la belleza de sus movimientos y como a través del movimiento consciente, una mente enfocada y una respiración nutritiva, podemos llegar a conectar con nuestros cuerpos mas sutiles, recordando y cuidando nuestra parte espiritual. La Meditación Budista calma la turbulencia de la mente y nos permite moldearla para así llevarla a estados de conciencia mas sublimes. Durante las clases tomamos turnos entre enseñando dos prácticas de meditación esenciales, la metta bhavana o el desarrollo del amor incondicional y el seguimiento de la respiración (mindfulness) o el cultivo de la atención plena. This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance.
