Ou jouez pour le camp du mal, et avancez dans l'ombre pour semer le doute et la discorde parmi vos concitoyens. * **Soirée ouverte à toutes et à tous**, que vous ayez déjà joué à ce type de jeu ou non. L’Atelier Cocottes est un « serious game » basé sur le pliage de papier. Vous apprendrez à pratiquer les éléments de base du Toyota Way et du TPS : faire la distinction entre une mauvaise et une bonne formation TWI, écouter activement votre client, isoler les défauts, fluidifier le processus, se mettre au rythme du client, et à chaque fois à réfléchir ensemble pour trouver une action d’amélioration efficace et apprendre à mieux maitriser ses gestes métier. Ce jeu permet ainsi de prendre conscience de l’intérêt de la formation des équipes sur le terrain, de l’écoute active du client, de la qualité intégrée/Jidoka, du Juste à Temps avec le flux, le rythme client… Les fondamentaux du Lean management ! The Aeneid is a Latin epic poem that tells the legendary story of Aeneas, a Trojan who fled the fall of Troy and travelled to Italy, where he became the ancestor of the Romans. Written by the Roman poet Virgil between 29 and 19 BC, the Aeneid comprises 9,896 lines in dactylic hexameter. The first six of its twelve books tell the story of Aeneas' wanderings from Troy to Italy, and the latter six tell of the Trojans' ultimately victorious war upon the Latins, under whose name Aeneas and his Trojan followers are destined to be subsumed. The hero Aeneas was already known to Graeco-Roman legend and myth, having been a character in the Iliad.
