Voici le lien ou le numéro à appeler pour le prochain café empathie, **lundi prochain, entre 18h30 et 20h30** **Au programme** en groupe : nous commencerons par un temps d'auto-empathie (la "météo intérieure"). Puis, un exercice d'entraînement à la CNV sera proposé en petit groupe pendant environ 1h, avant de nous retrouver tous ensemble de nouveau dans la grande salle zoom pour clôturer la session. Pour celles et ceux qui le peuvent, **une possibilité "d'after"** peut être proposée pour échanger sur les questionnements de chacun quant à la session qui vient de se terminer ou sur des questionnements plus généraux en lien avec la CNV. Ces sessions que nous partageons se déroulent toujours dans la confiance et la bienveillance mutuelle, **dont chacun nous portons garant à titre individuel.** Il est important de préciser ici que les **sessions sont gratuites** et animées par **Sébastien qui n'est pas formateur certifié**. A ce titre, chaque participant aura la responsabilité de ses paroles et de ses actes (une salle restera en permanence ouverte en cas de problème entre participants). Le café Aux Bonheur des Jeux est désormais ouvert le lundi également = Une soirée jeux de société de plus pour rencontrer de nouvelles personnes !
