The hike starts in Storkow, where we have short glimpse into its castle and cross a draw bridge over the Storkow canal. Before climbing one of Brandenburg's biggest inland dune, we get a view of Lake Storkow. After crossing forests and the village of Kolipin with its lake, we arrive at Bad Saarow, a spa town renowned for its hot springs and mineral-rich mud. From there, we take two trains back to Berlin in the late afternoon. Meet us in the **first car of the train RE7**, departing from **Ostkreuz station at 11:02** **am on platform 1,** (transfer in Königs Wusterhausen to RB36) **arriving at Storkow (Mark) at 11:57 am** Unless you subscribed to the Deutschlandticket, you'll need to buy a ticket to Storkow (Mark) and from Bad Saarow back to Berlin. Die Feier des Tages der Kosmonauten wird in diesem Jahr besonders: Am 12. April jährt sich der erste bemannte Raumflug zum 65. Mal. Anlässlich dieses bedeutenden Ereignisses wird das bevorstehende Treffen des Sprachklubs Juri Gagarin gewidmet: seiner Heldentat und seiner Persönlichkeit. Darüber hinaus stehen moderne Kosmonauten und aktuelle Raumfahrtprogramme im Mittelpunkt. Die Teilnehmer werden darüber sprechen, vor welchen Herausforderungen diese außergewöhnlich spannende Profession steht und was ihre Vertreter antreibt. Die Gäste erwartet eine spannende Diskussion über aktuelle Weltraumforschung, den Platz des Menschen im Universum und die Perspektiven, die der Menschheit bei der Erforschung des Weltraums offenstehen.
