**The Red Tent – an Empowering Circle for Women and Non-binary** *”Do you miss an opportunity to share your experiences, memories and desires as a woman in a safe circle?”* **IMPORTANT**: Spots are limited, please make sure to reserve yours! If you repeatedly register without showing up and cancelling in good time for someone else to participate instead, the host may choose to remove you from future events, so as to ensure fair access to the group. In our weekly Monday meetings, we will explore them together through somatic practices, dance, singing, painting, writing, discussing and lecturing. The 7x times workshop series will culminate in a voluntary exhibition of our own right at Lapinlahden Lähde. This is an open group, but to get the full experience, it is recommended to attend the entire workshop series. **Haluatko oppia puhumaan selkeämmin, itsevarmemmin – ja vähän vähemmällä jännityksellä?** **Stadin Sanasepät** on suomenkielinen puhe- ja esiintymistaitojen treenikenttä, jossa opitaan puhumalla – ei istumalla passiivisena luennoilla. Meillä esiintytään, mokaillaan, pitchataan ja kehitytään turvallisessa ja kannustavassa ilmapiirissä. Tämä on hyvä paikka, jos haluat esimerkiksi: – saada itsevarmuutta esiintymiseen – sanoittaa omaa ajatustasi napakammin – treenata tulevaa työpaikan esitystä varten – kehittyä palautteen antajana (ja vastaanottajana!) – tai vaan oppia puhumaan ihmisille niin, että ne kuuntelee Saat oman mentorin, pääsyn kansainväliseen Toastmasters-materiaaliin – ja ennen kaikkea porukan, joka tsemppaa ja kulkee mukana. **Summer is coming!** Give your old or unused clothes a new lease of life by giving them a little attention. Small details can change the look of an item of clothing, and through creativity and intuition, you can bring new life into old fabrics. Embroidery is a decorative sewing technique in which you use a needle and thread to create patterns, lettering and motifs.
