**Sound of Soul 11:00 am** In many spiritual traditions, sound plays an important part in uplifting the individual. The sound of HU is a key to open your heart to God’s loving presence in your life. This simple prayer, singing *HU*, can change you. It can open your eyes to see clearly the miracles happening around you every day. Throughout the ages, followers of many spiritual traditions have used the singing of holy words to bring themselves closer to God. In the same way, those who have discovered HU, an ancient name for God, sing it for their spiritual upliftment. Our free-of-charge meet-up in the Black Sheep Pub on Capel Street. This is a casual meet up for people who want to play boardgames. Lots of people bring plenty of games and rules will always be explained so don't worry if you're new to the hobby and you don't have anything to bring along or think you won't know how to play. The meet-up runs for the whole day but late comers always welcome, you just may have to wait a little for a game to open up but games will be starting and ending throughout the day. **IMPORTANT!** **The meet up is free of charge but we do ask that people support the bar by buying food and/or drink.
