**Pregnancy Fit Pilates!** I created this class to **encourage you to keep working out and take away the fear you may have as well as help you to build up your new support network with other Moms!** (So many things are changing: your body looks & feels different, you feel overwhelmed with all the questions, yet you are alone at home and feel isolated.) **I'm specialized in Preggo / Post Partum Fitness as well as transformation Programs for Women!** I'm setting up this class, specific for **Pregnant women** to help them to stay fit, & strong during pregnancy, so they have an easier delivery, faster recovery and a more painless 9 month ahead. It's especially designed to work on the muscles you need to strengthen as a Mom and stay in shape **safely & effectively**. This class will be a low impact **Full Body Pilates** class to , especially focussing on **strengthening the Core & back muscles.** We'll also work on overall **coordination, balance, posture & mobility** to ensure painless movement throughout the pregnancy. We use Resistance bands to build up muscles in Legs, Booty, Arms and Back as well as focussing on your deep **Core muscles**, (Diastisis Recti correction exercises when needed), **shoulders & back** muscles to improve your posture & prevent pain. This class is a **beginners/ intermediate Fitness class** for all the Moms that want to get back in shape **safely & effectively**.
