Before you dive in, let's lay down some housekeeping rules: **1**🚀 This event is for intermediate and above level players. **2**🤝 First-timers, please reach out to the host before hitting that sign up button. **3**👥 We are playing on two courts with 11 players. **4**🏸 Feather shuttles are on the house. Bring your racket, water bottle, towel etc and maybe a spare racket. **5**🕰️ Arrive early, please! 5-10 mins before kick-off, so that we can start on time. **6**💰 The event costs € 9,50 for 2 hours. Please pay to the host in cash and bring the exact amount with you. If you would like to pay online, please send the host a message. **7**🚨 Cancellation policy: If you're unable to show up, sign-out at least 24h before showtime. In case you cancel less than 24h before the start and we don't find your replacement, you will still have to pay your fees (No Exceptions). ALSO for wait list people, in case you have joined other events, please choose the option 'LEAVE WAITLIST' **8**🚫 No-show? No communication to the host? Welcome to the ban-zone for future events. For 2026, we are starting our third year meeting every second Tuesday to mingle and get some ideas rolling. If you were not able to join us last time, come network, share stories, and meet some new people to crew or talent for your next project. We need to change venues occasionally due to other sceduled events, so be sure to check the location (If you get to the venue early, tell them you are with the "FILMMAKER'S GROUP" at 20:00- thanks) \*Meetup has more than doubled its fees for organizers planning events, to compensate for the added admin cost, we are putting out a tip jar at every event and asking for a 2-5€ donation per attendee. Join us as we get together to get together to help those in need at this CMG Gives Back event! We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “create a better world” by helping serve those in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for BRUNCH from 10:30am to 12:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 10:20am and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking is available in the surrounding area.
