El Berguedà es una comarca viva. Una combinación perfecta entre el agua, los sedimentos prepirenaicos y l@s pixapins domingueando. Un entorno ideal para recorrer en cualquier estación del año, sin ornamentos innecesarios. Nuestro pateo empieza y se acaba en el pequeño pueblo de Malanyeu, situado en el extremo occidental de la Sierra del Catllaràs. Dos elementos paisajísticos caracterizan al Catllarás: el mix de bosques caducifolios, ahora desnudos, y los imponentes acantilados de caliza que dejan boquiabiert@s incluso a l@s escalador@s más curtid@s. Pasaremos por el Graell de Cal Pigot, un ingenioso paso equipado con una escalera metálica y una cuerda, que juguetean en una mini cueva excavada en la roca y la parte baja de un salto de agua. ¡Ven a descubrir la magia del invierno en la Cerdanya! Te proponemos una **excursión con raquetas de nieve** en Aransa **una** estación de esquí nórdico ideal para disfrutar de la naturaleza, la nieve y la montaña en su estado más puro. **En Aransa . Excursión al mirador del Pla de la llet** La excursión parte del núcleo principal de la **estación de esquí nórdico de Aransa**, en la zona de **El Fornell**, punto de inicio de varias rutas que atraviesan bosques de pino y abetos cubiertos de nieve. Equipados con raquetas, avanzaremos por suaves pendientes hasta alcanzar el **mirador del Pla de la Llet**, un espectacular balcón natural sobre el valle de la Cerdanya. Desde este punto, las vistas son impresionantes: el **macizo del Cadí**, la **Tossa Plana de Lles**, y las montañas fronterizas con Andorra se extienden ante nosotros, ofreciendo un panorama único del Pirineo nevado. Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.

You also have to get rid of the negative thinking. Your mind is like a garden. You can plant many beautiful flowers in it, but if you don't get rid of the weeds when you plant your flowers, the weeds will soon take over the whole garden. A positive thought is like a flower in your mental garden, and a negative thought is like a weed. You cannot expect to have a positive mindset if you continue to have negative thoughts dwelling and growing there. So, how do you get rid of the negative thoughts?
