Think push-ups, squats, and core work scaled to your level. **No gym experience needed**, just a willingness to move and chat! Get stronger every week and build a habit! The session will consist of a full 360 routine of: **5 minute warm up:** including exercises like butt kicks and shoulder rotations. **5 minute plyo:** Train explosiveness at your level. **35/45 minute strength building + endurance**: to build muscle and endurance. You have the option to swim, paddle around and have a chat, or just dip your toes, the choice is yours. We recommend that you don't stay in the water too long as it's still quite cold this time of year, and please stay within your debt - we do look out for each other but we are not lifeguards.
