A social game played in person, seated in a circle, each player receives either a ‘good’ or ‘evil’ token with their unique character on it. Good players share information to solve the mystery whilst evil players lie about who they are and what they know. The good team wins if they can piece together their knowledge, trust each other, and execute the demon. The evil team wins if the demon can sow distrust, evade detection, and wipe out the village.

We do cycles of 4-6 weeks, with a progressive intensity, and the last session is lighter. Program: 15’ warm up **To be defined** Cool down to get back to the starting point… or more S=All out sprint RF = Run fast, at MAS (Maximum aerobic speed) CF = Run comfortably fast (1h threshold) J = Jog, recuperation Notes: It should take about one hour in total, as the cool down will end when we reach back to the meeting point. It's NOT required to have an activity tracker or smart watch to be able to follow the program, as I'll be giving signals with a whistle. For the "run" part, you can follow your own pace and we'll be regrouping in the "jog" part. Intervals training is not advised for total beginners. **Cinematek : L’udienza** 04/04 @ 20h00 **L’udienza: il ciclo di ambiguità del potere - Marco Ferreri** [...] Attraverso una narrazione densamente ripetitiva, giocata su toni e colori caldi e ambigui, distesa in sequenze quasi circolari, Ferreri pone il problema della Chiesa come istituzione cristallizzata, incapace di rivitalizzarsi e di uscire dal suo carattere di ente burocratico e clientelare. E muove una critica pungente ad essa come sistema repressivo, analizzandone il suo potere in disfacimento, ma tuttavia ancora pericoloso. Al di là degli espliciti riferimenti tematici e delle metafore più vistose ed evidenti sul potere ecclesiastico e su quello economico-politico tra cui il film oscilla, è però importante poter rintracciare le tematiche farreriane fondamentali, che costituiscono la linea di continuità con le sue opere precedenti e rafforzano le basi per le successive. Innanzitutto il tema dell'isolamento, che il protagonista vive nei confronti del potere, che non gli permette di esaudire i propri desideri. Poi quelli, fortissimi, del vagabondaggio, dell'esclusione e della morte: la storia di Amedeo non è altro che un lungo viaggio attraverso le strutture del Potere che esclude e uccide, senza pietà. E non ultimo uno dei temi ferreriani per eccellenza, il problematico rapporto uomo-donna, incarnato qui dalla relazione tra il protagonista e la prostituta Aiche, l'unica che si sottragga a questo circolo del potere, l'unico personaggio di tutto il film dotato di una dimensione psicologica a tutto tondo. E' infatti la sola che prova per Amedeo un sentimento "umano", vero, ed è la sola che crede veramente al suo problema spirituale; è un personaggio importante, soprattutto perché rappresenta una visione estremamente moderna della donna e del sesso nei confronti delle aberranti posizioni del potere cattolico e della società italiana del tempo. Tuttavia il mostruoso condizionamento ideologico della fede spinge il protagonista ad allontanarla da lui, nonostante lei abbia nel ventre suo figlio. Ed ecco che, parallelamente alla denuncia degli orrori messi in atto dalle istituzioni sugli individui, Ferreri vuole mettere in guardia quegli stessi individui dai pericoli dell'eccessiva sottomissione dell'uomo all'ideologia. Il carattere di ambiguità della filmografia ferreriana è particolarmente evidente: ogni elemento tematico e passaggio narrativo, ogni componente stilistica è suscettibile di un'interpretazione polivalente. La vicenda narrata dal film funziona, a livello referenziale, come racconto delle disgrazie di un uomo che muore nel tentativo di ottenere un'udienza dal papa, ma è immediatamente leggibile come una situazione di isolamento e di sconfitta nei confronti del Potere. La morte stessa, dunque, assume valore di suicidio e di autodistruzione (come sempre in Ferreri), ma è tuttavia interpretabile anche come omicidio perpetrato tramite le strutture repressive del potere (ecclesiastico e non), che tengono l'uomo lontano dal "Castello" (il Vaticano), protetto da guardie che ne difendono le entrate. Ed è in questo modo che il discorso sul potere ecclesiastico, onnipotente, estraniato dalla realtà, eppure dominante – attraverso mille canali - la realtà politica e sociale dell'Italia, si allarga immediatamente ad un discorso più globale sul Potere, che rende gli individui schiavi, alienati, fino a condurli alla morte. Per finire, possiamo notare come questo lungometraggio rappresenti una sorta di legame tra i precedenti Dillinger è morto (1969) e Il seme dell'uomo (1969), da una parte, e i successivi La cagna (1972) e La grande abbuffata (1973), dall'altra: con L'Udienza Ferreri si libera dall'esigenza di stabilire un rapporto immediato e diretto con il potere e la politicità del suo lavoro. Dopo questo film il cineasta si rinchiuderà in un nichilismo pressoché totale, portando alle estreme conseguenze le tematiche dell'isolamento, dell'autodistruzione e dell'impotenza, elementi che verranno assunti come componenti totalizzanti di una visione del mondo non più libertaria e utopica, aggressiva e scopertamente corrosiva, ma piuttosto come ripiegamento e chiusura del discorso in un cerchio immobile. The idea is to experience the magic of a different type of walking, The invitation is to slow down and notice what is going on inside you and around you. Very often people experience a closer connection with nature and with self, with sometimes surprising insights. *Please make sure you are fit enough to go the 4.5 km distance. We will be walking slowly, but we will not take any breaks.* We will be meeting at the Hermann Debroux Metro at **14h**. (Exit straight ahead after leaving the platform--on the Loxam side). We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome! As we learn, we hope to connect more with the Deaf community in Central Ohio. Join us as you're able! Come regularly or just once - whatever you're looking for! We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “create a better world” by helping serve those in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for BRUNCH from 10:30am to 12:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 10:20am and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking is available in the surrounding area.
