Aquest cap, l’extrem més oriental de la península Ibèrica, s’endinsa al Mediterrani i, amb els seus 685 m d'altitud, es converteix en un dels miradors més privilegiats de la Costa Brava. Farem una ruta de **12,5 km** i **650 m de desnivell** que ens conduirà per antics camins de pelegrins que anaven cap a Santiago de Compostel·la. En aquests senders descobrirem veritables joies del patrimoni medieval: l’església preromànica de **Santa Helena**, el majestuós **Monestir de Sant Pere de Rodes**, i més amunt encara, el punt culminant del parc natural: el **Castell de Sant Salvador de Verdera** (100 Cims). El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda(a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. Els menors de 16 anys hauran de portar un document emès per un tutor responsable, eximint de responsabilitat als Organitzadors (o confirmar meetup conforme l'acceptació d'aquestes normes). 8. **L'Organització no es farà responsable** de cap mena de lesió, mal o ferida que pugui succeir durant els entrenaments. 9. Diverteix-te i gaudeix, és un gran esport. 10. **L'organització es reserva el dret a vetar** la participació als qui consideri, sense haver de donar explicacions. Bonita ruta que comienza en Calella de Mar pasando por sus calles,un parque y una urbanización hasta llegar a una riera que nos adentrará a una parte del Parc del Montnegre.Desde allí pasaremos por un turó con panorámicas y seguiremos por frondosos bosques hasta acabar en una de las joyas del Maresme: Sant Pol de Mar,donde iremos a una Ermita y un balcón con vistas al mediterráneo. Distancia: 9km aprox. Tiempo: 2h 30m (acabaremos sobre las 13.55h aprox). Dificultad: Baja-Moderada (alguna subida desnivel 280m). 🏃‍♂️🌳🌊 PLAN: ⏲ Kedada: 9.45h PASEO DE GRACIA Nº3 (ÉS UN PORTAL).
