Session Dynamics:
Silence as a Guide: The meditations will be guided without voice prompts. They will be marked exclusively by the sound of the bell at each stage.
Conscious Rhythm: Between each session, we will take short pauses for mindful awareness (brief breaks).
Vibrant Closing: We will end the morning by joining our voices in a mantra, sealing the energy generated.
We will have the opportunity to have coffee afterward.
