This group is for both individuals and couples who want to deepen their connection, understand their own needs and feelings, and improve their relationships with others. Inspired by the principles of Nonviolent Communication, we will explore how to connect with compassion through empathetic listening—whether with a partner, friends, or ourselves. Through guided exercises, we'll practice expressing ourselves honestly, listening deeply, and fostering understanding.
