Join Us for an Evening learning about Sea Turtles!

Our presenter will be Linda Perry, Linda is the Co-Chair & Education Director at the Sea Turtle Preservation Society. The Sea Turtle Preservation Society is dedicated to educating the public and preserving sea turtles on the Space Coast for over 40 years.
The Public is invited. Doors will open at 6:30 pm, allowing ample time for mingling before the meeting commences.
Linda will provide a special presentation on the magnificent sea turtles that nest along our Brevard County beaches — one of the most important nesting areas in the world.
Linda Perry brings decades of hands-on experience and passion to this topic. With 16 years at the Brevard Zoo leading educational kayak tours, 6½ years volunteering at the Florida Wildlife Hospital, and her current role leading education efforts for the Sea Turtle Preservation Society, Linda has inspired thousands to protect our coastal wildlife.
In this engaging talk, you’ll learn:
• About the loggerhead, green, leatherback, and other sea turtles that nest on our shores
• The incredible journey of nesting mothers and their hatchlings
• Major threats facing these ancient mariners
• Simple actions we can all take to support their survival
Whether you’re a longtime turtle lover, a beachgoer, or new to conservation, this is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your knowledge and connect with others who care about our environment.
