Yin Yoga & Cacao Evening đ¤
Come join us for a really nice, slow evening to unwind, let go of stress, and just take a bit of time for yourself.
Weâll move through a gentle yin yoga practice, nothing intense, just long, supported stretches to help release tension and give your body a chance to soften.
Weâll also share some cacao, which is a lovely way to sit, slow down, and connect a little deeper with yourself. No pressure, no expectations⌠just space to be.
Iâll guide you through a short meditation and give you some time to journal if you feel like it â to clear your head, let go of anything thatâs been sitting heavy, and create a bit more space inside.

What to bring:
â A yoga mat
â A journal + pen (if you have one)
This is really just about slowing everything down, taking a breath, and reconnecting with yourself for a couple of hours.
Spaces are limited so we can keep it small and relaxed.
If you feel like you need this, come along đ¤
A little note about cacao:
Cacao isnât for everyone. If youâre pregnant, breastfeeding, have heart conditions, high blood pressure, severe anxiety, or youâre on medication (especially antidepressants), itâs best to check with your doctor first or skip the cacao part. Youâre still very welcome to join for the rest of the evening.
