En este encuentro nos reunimos alrededor de uno de los platos más queridos de China: los jiaozi (饺子).

🔎 Empezaremos con una pequeña introducción sobre su historia y su significado en celebraciones familiares como el Año Nuevo chino.
🥟 Después, aprenderemos paso a paso cómo rellenarlos, cerrarlos y cocinarlos correctamente.
👩‍🍳 No necesitas experiencia previa — solo ganas de participar y pasarlo bien.
Habrá diferentes sabores para probar, incluyendo opción vegetariana 🌱.

Join us for a hands-on experience around one of China’s most beloved dishes: jiaozi (饺子).

🔎 We’ll start with a short introduction about their cultural meaning and their importance in family celebrations like Chinese New Year.
🥟 Then, step by step, you’ll learn how to fill, fold, and cook them.
👩‍🍳 No previous experience needed — just curiosity and good energy.
Different flavors will be available, including a vegetarian option 🌱.
🔥 At the end, we’ll cook the jiaozi and enjoy them together in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
