Connect the Dots: Why Ecosystem Design Is Your Next Superpower

UX Hub is thrilled to welcome you to our next event, in partnership with SITA!

Connect the Dots: Why Ecosystem Design Is Your Next Superpower
Where do your customers’ biggest pain points actually live? Not inside a single product. They live in the gaps between systems, people and organizations. Through a real aviation story, learn why ecosystem design is the next superpower for designers in the AI era, and leave with a practical framework to start connecting the dots in your own world.

Speaker
Renee Lin is Head of Design at SITA, where she leads a global team designing for the aviation industry. With over 13 years of experience across Asia, North America and Europe, she has built products from 0 to 1 at startups and scaled design teams at enterprises. She bridges business and design to simplify complexity and create solutions that drive impact for the businesses and people they serve.

Hosts
This event is hosted by UX Hub BCN and SITA.
