This is a group for anyone interested in playfight, Matteo Tangi’s lineage (playfight.org). We mix playful & mindful non-violent fighting, and we use this conscious way of playfighting to foster authentic connection with one-self and with others. At our playfight circles you can play safely with your body, let your playfulness flow, explore your emotions, feel empowered and make new friends. Everybody is welcome.

Intimacy Without Sexuality — Playfight Workshop

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP:
Playfight is a laboratory for real-life situations.
In this session, you’ll explore and shape what intimacy means for you in a clearly non-sexual space.
• What kinds of closeness do you long to experience in a space free from romantic or sexual expectations?
• How can you experiment with emotional and physical intimacy in ways that feel warm, authentic, and grounded in clear boundaries.

Through movement, games, and playful physical interactions, we’ll practice:
• normalizing intimacy in its different shapes as part of everyday human connection
• noticing and welcoming what arises — including attraction or discomfort — without acting on it
• staying present and grounded in connection.

At a deeper level, we touch another paradox:
We long for closeness — and we need clarity and safety.
Can you gently open to build trust, comfort, and meaningful bonds with others, while staying true to yourself?

Grounding, warm-up games, Playfight dynamics focused on the topic of the day, sharing circles.
Afterwards, feel free to stay, share snacks, and hang out together. 🌿

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Hi, I’m Marco Moriggi, I’m an Coach (Lebens- und Sozialberater in training) and a Workshop Facilitator.
In my workshops, vulnerability and strength go hand in hand. Body-based connection goes beyond words. Self-responsibility is a pillar for community support. And playing together becomes a meaningful way to discover something new about ourselves.
