Most of us wish to have a stronger mind, less stress and better resilience to navigate our hectic, busy life 馃珷

but...that's pretty hard, right.
So, what if, there's another way?

Having techniques to better regulate ourselves. Not by thinking harder, but by knowing which 'buttons to push' to activate or calm down our bodies and mind.

I want to create this event, because I really care about nervous system regulation and want to share it with you, since I feel like it can help, no matter where you are in life 馃槍

I am not a therapist or coach, but someone who studies nervous system techniques and energy types. I have background in Breathwork, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Somatic work
