WordPress Montclair Meetup

We’re a local WordPress community where anyone, from total beginners to seasoned developers, designers, and business owners, can come learn, share, ask questions, and connect. WordPress is the internet's most popular and fastest-growing content management system (CMS), powering everything from enterprise platforms to small businesses and personal websites.

Whether you’re running a WordPress site for your business, just inherited one you’re not sure where to start, or you're curious about how websites work in general, you’ll feel right at home here.

Our group brings together people from all walks of life: small business owners, marketers, freelancers, bloggers, developers, designers, and folks who just want to learn something new. You don’t need to be “technical” to join us. If you’ve got questions or want to be around others who work with WordPress, you’re welcome.

We meet regularly for in-person events where you can get help with your site, chat with others in the community, and hear how other people are building and running their websites. Some come to solve specific problems, others come to share what they know, or just hang out and listen. It’s always relaxed, welcoming, and no pressure.

Between events, we stay connected on Slack, where you can ask questions, share ideas, and meet others who are working on similar things. It’s a great way to be part of the community, even if you can’t make every meetup.

Note: Since we are an official WordPress Meetup whose dues are paid for by WordPress Community Foundation, we do not charge an entry fee to this Meetup. It will always be free to attend.
