- 10 min warm-up
- 30–50 min run at a relaxed, social pace and distance
- 30 min post-run coffee hangout ☕️

• We’ll split into groups based on pace and distance — so everyone feels comfortable.
• Each group will have a pacer to guide the route and bring you back to the starting point.
• You're welcome to run at your own pace or take a break whenever you need.
• No pressure, no competition — just movement, good vibes, and community!
