馃挋WHAT TO EXPECT: An all-levels vinyasa style yoga flow format that weaves breath with movement.
馃挋ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME: You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and to modify your yoga practice as needed to stay true to yourself.
馃挷 CLASS FEE= $15 CASH preferred, or Venmo
馃挋ITINERARY:
10:00 am~ Yoga Class begins.
10:00-11:15 am~ Crystal Singing bowl meditation with optional aromatherapy.
馃挋WHAT TO BRING:
*Yoga mat or large towel.
*Sunscreen.
*Water.
馃挋PARKING: Plenty of street parking.
