Join us Saturday’s at 8:30am for a relaxing Yin/ Gentle Yoga class at Tower 14 in HB. Michelle will guide you through a gentle flow to yin practice that leaves you feeling lighter and ready for the weekend! It is a slow pace and perfect for beginners as well as seasoned yogis who need a nice deep stretch.
Yin yoga is an opportunity to go deeper into your body. After a gentle flow, we will move into postures that push the edge of our typical yoga comfort zone and hold for 3-5 minutes. This is beneficial for the connective tissue in our body and also allows us a deeper connection of mind and body as we hold.
Bring a mat, water, and dress in layers for changing weather. We are on the left side of the tower.
